Great site Jay. Have you ever thought of doing internet sales through here. Maybe offer posters and hats for a donation fee. I know I would purchase itemsbecause there is hardly any place else to

Your mom was my music teacher at Redoubt Elementary in Soldotna in the early 80\'s. Kinda had a crush on her, much like most of us fifth grade boys back then.
When I saw your name in print back in 98, I made the connection and started following your career closely.
Keep on rockin\' it dude!

Hello Jay! I\'m an old classmate from your high school days and a fellow Kasilofian or Kasilofite, or well, I too am from Kasilof. There\'s so much in life to occupy ones time that we have to make choices regarding the things we follow. Following sports has not made my list, so I haven\'t heard much about your biathlon career until now. And now you\'re on the last lap, so to speak. It sounds absolutely amazing. So many experience packed into one little website. I wish you the best of luck in your efforts working towards 2010.
When this chapter of you life does close, I think you need to become a politician or policy maker at least. You have some great philosophy about nutrition, doping, and the value of sports. Your experience and world perspective would make you a great leader. You have a great package to sell in terms of bolstering kids and young adults in making good choices that will yield positive effects in their lives and community. But don\'t think about what comes next. Instead, stay focused on 2010. Distractions are great life teachers, but often the lesson includes an aspect of loosing the original goal. Best of luck staying focused for a few more years!
With regard to nutrition, I would suggest that even non-athletes need to learn how to cook in order to make better nutritional choices. The rise in obesity in America is appalling--embarrassing really. Those who cook for themselves make better choices. And I\'m right there with your stance on eating like a vegetarian. Probably only athletes need to throw in a bit of meat, particularly organic, grass fed and free range types. It would behoove the rest of us to just eat the veggies. I even refrain from all dairy, but some fish, salmon in particular, I feel is an important brain food.
Anyway, I think your website is amazing. Thank you for taking the time to make it and share with the rest of us. If you ever make it down to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and need a place to hang your hat, you\'re always welcome to stay at my place.
Best wishes!

The Jay... We are proud of your season. It started of a bit rocky, as we understood you were not healthy. It was great to wee you rebound and finish strong. Look forward to the coming training. Will you be training with the team? I think that would be great. Stay in touch. Hello to Kristin... Roger
