A day off

Every once in awhile I take a day off from my training to recover. Many of the athletes that train in Oberhof prefer to go to Erfurt on their day off to shop a bit and have a coffee just walk around the city and do something different than train in the woods. read more

Over the past two weeks I was training in Antholz, Italy in order to work with the new US Biathlon National Team Coach Armin Auchentaler and get some altitude training. Armin was a former Italian coach and just joined the team in May so this was the first time I had the chance to work with him. read more
